FREE WORKSHEET: Which Email Marketing Tool is Right for You?
Best for eCommerce
Drip is a fairly new tool on the market, but if you’re an online store owner, especially if you’re just starting, Drip is a really good choice. Drip offers store owners a lot of data to understand their customers’ behavior, like:
The number of returning vs new visitors to your store
Identify people who abandon their carts before purchase
Click rates (i.e. who clicks and doesn’t click on links in your emails)
Drip also offers some great integrations with Facebook ads, Wordpress, and WooCommerce. It even offers you the ability to send text messages!

Best for Email Sends
Send a ton of emails? SendInBlue is your best bet. As a new platform, there are some features that are a little less functional or not as robust, but it works well enough.
As can be typical of some other platforms, you’ll have to pay for the best features, but I believe you can get away with the free plan depending on what you’re looking for.
